Amit Bangani filed complaint against PayTM on May 27, 2019
On ** May ****, I ordered two things on Paytm having order no. **********. On both things, I applied promo code BIJLIBILL*** according to which * unique promo codes have to be shared with me to get rupees *** cashback on my two electricity bill payment. But now they have shared only one promo code.
On calling them they are saying that we provide only one promo code per order but they have not mentioned this in the terms and conditions. When I said to them that you have not mentioned this in your terms and conditions, they are saying that we have the right to change or modify or cancel schemes without any prior notice to customers.
My query reference no.is ********* in Paytm customer care.
