Planet spark - Not satisfied with classes

At the time of admission counsellor said we are taking *** rupees from you for * class now I have attended * classes only they are deducting **** and saying what is the proof with you of our commitment . Please help me I am farheen contact no **********. Even the counsellor who took money from me on video call he was saying you have to pay soon even on call otherwise our system will not consider . Now they are not refunding and asking the proof of commitment . Pls help . Complabt was planet spark Gurgaon for English classes. In group classes he said there will be *-* student when I joined there was around ** students I did participate their as a student while I paid my fees when I said you pls manage accordingly group classes with few students they were saying we can not modify . Even timming was not suiting to me he recommended that **-** classes timming will be but after taking money every things was changed pls help me for my refund .
