Realme - Not returning my Realme max variant

I ordered a realme x* max (***gb variant) from flipkart and recieved it then using it i realized i want more storage so first i place the return request on flipkart in that its written when technician approved u will get your refund and their was nothing written if he can discard that and i was returning first time an electronic item so i didnt knew and on reading that u should be sure that ur device will be returned and u will get your refund so i ordered its bigger variant from same seller and it arrived then flipkart took time and after i started using the bigger variant the technician discarded my return request and now its been more than **-** days and i have called flipkart exexcutes more than *-* times and technician also visited twice, first phone real me x* max is nor being used for even ** hours and they are refusing to take it back and my hard earned money has stuck in flipkart, i have two phones without any need uselessly at my home , i cannot afford my basic needs now bcz of these peoples,Help!
