Decorpot - Not returning money

I was going to have my house interior with this company called Decorpot. The first day they provided me with an informal quotation,
the quotation was not including all the things which I wanted, but the company agent said the quotation is not final but with all my requirements it will come approx to the budget mentioned in the quotation. As the price mentioned in the quotation was in my budget,
So I agreed to pay the booking amount of Rs.*****/- to the company Decorpot. One week later when we were discussing on the quotation provided by them,
I asked them about my requirements which were not mentioned in the quotation which they agreed to provide me approx the price provided in the quotation,
then they said: "Some miscommunication happened, we never said that we will provide your all requested requirement approx to the price mentioned in the quotation".
Later they agreed to refund my Booking token amount of Rs.*****/- to me. Now it's been more than * months since they told me that they are refunding my money. Every time I asked them, they say "We are
processing your request, we will refund your amount as soon as possible.
Please provide me Justice.
