We requested for electrical light at the bottom of the top unit in kitchen and it was included in design phase but it was done in production. The grove for the lights to be fitted were not done. Now since the installation is completed it is critial to do the work as it might damage the tiles and breakage of the units. Need refund for the same.
The service request for the issue in working units are not acknowleged at all.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
