Decorpot - Incorrect design delay in services and quality of materials

Made the first down payment on **nd July and the work is still not complete. The design is incorrect hence the execution is incorrect.
Carpentry work is being done when the products are supposed to be manufactured in the factory.
No one takes care of the complaint
The designer refuse to meet to discuss the issues
The designers do not want to come to the site during design phase
They do not provide *D images of the design
