Decorpot - Advance not returned by the interior designer company Decorpot SAMIKA DESIGN SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMIT

Hi,
I have approached Decorpot for the interior design for my flat. They quoted me initial quotation of *.* lakhs and requested to pay Rs **,*** to proceed. I made a Rs **,***/- as advance as online payment on **th March,****.
Due to recent changes in my transfer plans, I unfortunately need to cancel the interior project and same is informed to Mr. Ashish Pal.
On *nd June, ****, I was informed that refund is processed and will reflect in account *-* days.
On *nd July, Decorpt team has replied and said that there is nothing to be returned as per their policy. and there is no further response to my emails to clarify.
Despite my attempts to resolve this issue through your customer service, I have not received a satisfactory response.
