Booked room in Devbagh beach resort *.** am on **.**.** by instead of **th booked for **th immediately after booking put up mail for change in date , the hotel authority has informed they can't change unless the confirmation comes from Agoda, I have put up many mail to Agoda but there is no response from them. Atleast if they have responded i could have planned according.
I don to cancel just want to change booking date for which hotel authority is agreeable but needs confirmation from Agoda, for which Agoda is not responding.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
