MMT booked bus didnt pick up on **.**.****
Booking reference- B**BJK*B from coimbatore Lakshmi mills Airtel bus stop.
We waited in the bus stop from **.** pm till *am on **.**.** for boarding. Bus did not come and pick me. We made more than ** times to the mobile number ********** provided by MMT. No response all the times. We called several times make my trip contact number. But only received link to track bus. This tracking didn't work also. No option to speak with representatives.
I travelled in a private bus after *am on **.**.** by catching auto from lakshmill to singanallur.
Since I could not travel in time I missed my important college classes. It caused lot of mental agony for me.
we registered several complaint with MMT but no response.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
