I ha e purchases a water purifier in August end and since September water leakage issues started and after ****’s of calls and emails technicians came and said it’s not possible to fix this as it is a manufacturing defect. After that they have neither provided and solution nor the refund. Not sure where to go and all my kitchen wooded work is impacted because of the leakages.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
