I had booked my ticket through budget air for *rd Sep **** for AirIndia. When we left on *rd Sep to catch the flight, we got to know that flight is cancelled and out ticket was automatically rescheduled. We called AirIndia to cancel the flight, as it was rescheduled for *th Sep without consultation and we did not want to travel with that. AirIndia, said to ask BudgetAir to cancel. We sent mail to BudgetAir to cancel. They asked for confirmation on mail and we confirmed on same day. But we have not got the full refund, as we were eligible to for full refund. I have sent ** mails but they have not refunded.
