Budgetair.in - Refund not done

I had booked a ticket for my family (* members) with budgetair.in for Spicejet Airlines. Since the fight was cancelled the airlines refunded the full amount to budgetair.in on **/**/****. After several follow up I received a mail from budgetair.in on **/**/**** that my refund is initiated and my money will be credited to my account in **-** working days, but still my money is not refunded to me. I have been continuously in contact with them but to no avail. Kindly help me to get my refund.
