Hello, My flight UK *** from Srinagar to Delhi and to Delhi to Chennai was cancelled by the airlines due to bad weather on the *th Jan ****. The same has been refunded to Budgetair. Even after several complaints, the money has not been refunded to us. They are not response to any of the complaints. Hoping for a solution.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
