Budgetair.in - Not cooperating with my flight booking

I have booked a ticket from Vancouver to Cochin for *st Sept.****. Due to covid restrictions ihad to change my flight to **th sept with lot of struggle and after paying additional amount of *****. now again the flight is not operating and as such there is a schedule change and my ticket is changed to **th Sept. the agent is not at all cooperative and there is no way i can contact them. now my ticket is reissued from Vancouver to Delhi as against the tkt of Vancouver delhi cochin. When contacted through chat they are saying contact air canada. air canada has clearly said the tranvel agent has to do it. please instruct them to issue my tkt from Vancouver to Cochin for **th Sept.
