customer support executive told me that refund of defective product purchased on **th june has been initiated on **th AUG and will reflect in my bank account within * to * business days but refund has still not been initiated. seller is intentionally delaying the refund and flipkart is not responding too. seller name is GRAHGOODS RETAIL.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
