I left my premises a long time back during December ****, after serving my notice period, it's been more than * months and I didn't get my security deposit till now. The recent current scenario is that a new tenant is residing in that same room for * month and still I didn't get my refund. I already took all my belongings a long time back and took care of items in that house properly even left some of my belongings like the latest wifi router so that my friend (another tenant can use it). I paid all my dues on time. anyway please I request u to kindly check this and escalate this quickly. as my parents are asking again and again. As I can see the damages, key repairs, etc. wanted to clarify it by saying that I raised a lot of services for that and u guys only told us that the owner will fix it. about the keys I paid thousand rupees to fix them and what kind of keys you are talking about. check -MAINTENANCE_MOVE_OUT_CHARGES and
UTILITY_MOVE_OUT_CHARGES
