Easemytrip.com - Not Refunding my money

Due to flight rescheduling by Gofirst airlines, I had to cancel my return flights partially with Easemytrip. The partial refund generated on **/**/**** and processed to my EMT wallet but I never received it. After many calls and email, I realised that EMT team had wrongly entered my mobile number while processing the refund. So with a lot of efforts and on call explanations it was corrected and processed to my email id. Then when I received the refund amount in wallet I was happy and I tried to transfer it my bank account. But they rejected the transfer saying the image was bluffer to perfectly good image. Since then I’m struggling to get my money out of the EMT wallet. Some time they say that there is some technical issue and it will take one week and other times they just keep ignoring by saying its your job to transfer the money from wallet as we have already processed it your wallet. But they are unable to understand that the wallet is not allowing the money to be transferred to the bank due to some issue. It fails at the last step after entering the otp. I have shared this failure video several times on the email but they are ignorant to acknowledge this error. Sometimes they have asked for my bank details on the email but haven’t done anything about it later on. I’m seriously troubled with this issue and easemytrip is just making my difficult by holding that money for more than half a month now. I don’t want to use their wallet money to do any transactions on their website anymore. I need it in my bank or cash or cheque or dd or whatever mode possible. Just send it to me and make my life easier please!
