Kumar satyam filed complaint against Flipkart on Nov 22, 2019
I ordered redmi *A on **/**/**** from flipkart mobile app. I paid the price of mobile - **** indian ruppes through my debit card. So this was a pre-paid order and I got **th november as my expected delivery date for my order.
On *th november I got a tracking link by flipkart to track my order and According to that link (redirected to ecom express -delivery partner of flipkart) On *th November itself the order reached patna. I didn't got any call from flipkart or ecom express till **th November for the delivery of my product. Then I called ecom delivery person and he told me that my order has been delivered to wrong address and I will get my product within ** hours. But I didn't got any update or call either from flipkart or ecom express till **th November.
I complaint for this on flipkart and they told me I will get my product surely on **th November. But again I didn't got my delivery or any update till **th november. again I complained on flipkart and this time they told me that I will get my product on **rd november ****. When I checked the status of my product on **st then again I got notification from flipkart that now I will get my product on **th November.
Through all this cycle of complaints and prolonged delay of delivery , flipkart never told the reason of this much delay and keep making fake promises to me for the delivery.
After long waiting for nearly ** days, On **st november morning I cancelled the order and now the flipkart is saying I will get my money refund only after when the product will reach back to seller. But from last two days I am not seeing any progress in transition of product back to seller. The tracking id given by the flipkart is showing only shipment RTO lock from last two days.
Today evening I called flipkart to know the status and reason I am not getting my money back, then they told me I will get my money back only after the product will reach back to seller. They are not telling me how much time I have to wait more to get now my money back. I didn't got my product and now I am not getting back my money too. I don't know the seller but I trusted flipkart and now flipkart is not showing any intrest in returning back my money. I really need that money fast to fulfill my other requirements. Please help me and do justice for this online fraud done to me by flipkart.
