I have ordered a laptop battery on **rd October (Order ID: OD******************). In the specification of product, it is mentioned that the capacity of product is **** mAh. But, delivered product (on **th October) has capacity of **** mAh only. When I raised replacement request same day (Replacement ID:********************), replaced product is also have delivered (on *th November) less capacity i.e. **** mAh only. It means the product was not replaced.
Then, I have raised multiple refund request (* times) (ID:******************** & ******************** & ******************** & ********************) to cancel order and refund. Initially, it was showing that the problem will be resolved on *th November **** but nothing happened then I called them they promised me to resolve the problem till **th November again nothing resolution provided then they promised me to resolve problem till **th November again no action taken then they promised to resolve it till **rd November nothing happened again now I raised refund request for *th time in which they promised me that my product is picked up by **rd November and refund will be initiated but their wishmaster did not come for pickup instead of that he marked my pickup as "Rejected" . And this incident happened in last * refund request also.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
