I had returned the order. The order was successfully returned to the seller, but the Spoyl is not refunding the amount.
The team management of spoyl is worse specially supervisor. One of the senior head supervisor named Affan firstly said that money is initiated and will be refunded but its more than **days money not refunded and also not picking up my call. The calls are disconnected automatically. Also when I talk to the bank they said there's no such transaction made by spoyl as the supervisor are lying.
What could I expect not a supervisor but senior head supervisor Affan is saying "I can't help you" of the Spoyl App.
On ** June I was said that money is refunded but its not even reflect to my account.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
