I have ordered a dish from Zomato but due to some reason the delivery was not possible so they texted sorry sir like this and was written that the amount will be refunded within ** th sept .Yesterday a message came that your refund has been initiated and soon be added to the bank account like this was written today I am seeing that the amount has not been added to my bank account .Zomato please look into this matter as we trust you but this is not right way to treat a customer infact I called to customer care but no one is responding.
