Dear concerns, I would like to keep this matter in front of you regarding the refund of my cancellation air ticket on PAYTM since * months ago. I have purchased a ticket on PAYTM bu Air asia from Hyderabad to Kolkata, as my schedule delayed i have cancelled the ticket amouting to **** and i should be getting a refund of **** after cancellation including all chages deducted.
I called PAYTM customer care several time but every time i call i am getting only one answer to wait for few days as few days gone past to * months, also nobody is taking the responsibility or giving the exact details about my refund status.
So i request voxya to kindly help me out for resolving this issue with PAYTM. I am willing to spend more few thousands to to kick there asses legally and to lodge a fraud complaint on PAYTM and to register a case in consumer forum.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
