I have booked many train tickets from makemytrip website, trains have been cancelled but I have not received refund from Makemytrip although IRCTC confirmed cancellation. I have repetitively ask them to refund but they have not responded . I think I am going to lost nearly **** Rs as they are not refunded me back. I am very much frustrated and in deep depression.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
