PayTM - Not receiving amount in wallet.

I have been trying to complete my kyc on paytm but its not allowing me to do so, my rs. **** amount is still pending, and many amounts that I have received has been lost and not added to my wallet, they were not even refunded to the source, I have lodged so many complaints with paytm on the app but they don't provide any solution also they close the complaint without even notifying, also there is a RBI guideline that requires every e-wallet to have atleast one consumer helpline number, paytm is cheating in that also, whenever you call them they Dont allow you to talk to their customer representatives, also they only advertise in that also. I m really very very frustrated with that, it feels like cheated, nd the frustration level touches the sky when you get to know that no one will hear you.
