hero electric - Not received the Replacement Of Motor for past two months

On January ****, my optima vehicle has shown Motor Problem. The dealer said, they sent the details to head office and given me the request number VOR *******. Then they informed me that the Motor will come in one month.

After one month I went the dealer and they asked me to send a email to head office. I sent the first email on ** Feb ****. I have given all the requested details and they promised me to resolve the issue and asked me to wait.

I waited and sent email on ** Feb ****. I received a response stating "complaint under progress"

I waited for * weeks and emaild on * Mar ****. On * Mar ****, I received a reply stating "Motor is pending from plant and it will be dispatched by the plant very soon"

I waited for * week and emailed on ** Mar ****. I received a reply on ** Mar **** stating "motor has been dispatched by the plant and it will be received by the dealership very soon".

Thereafter they sent few mails and asking me to wait.

Today is ** Mar ****. Still I did not received motor and now a days they not even responding to my emails.

Please guide me how to proceed to get the Motor and how to get the compensation for the loss I incurred due to non delivery of Motor.
