I gave the faulty Vehicle battery for warranty replacement to Hero echarge service center chennai on Oct ** ****. Still they did not provide the replacement battery. I did follow up on hero customer care via call and email no proper response.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
