hero electric - poor services not reply from showroom not even from custmer care

i have purchased Hero Atria from hero showroom Udaipur. few months after charger is not working. after checking with other showroom they confirmed that Charger warrenty is * years. my vehicles purchased date less then * years. i gave charger to Udaipur Showroom for repairing . but no reply from last ** days, each time they are giving the excuse for next days. i am really fed up. i have to pay for texi and auto, it cost a lot. even showroom is not ready to give other charger mean time. i want to officially complain about it.
