I have booked a car from Zoomcar India Pvt. Ltd. But on the day of booking the car was not working so I have to cancel then I have asked for a refund. It's been more than * months and I have filed several complaints but they don't have the courtesy to resolve the customer issue and post which they say wait for this much time and so and so...
I want my refund back these guys are stealing money from people and don't know what are they doing with this money. It means the customer has to beg for his own money to get a refund.
