On *th of March **** I've ordered a product but by mistake, it had gone to another address after that I requested to change the delivery address but they said that they are unable to change the address and said cancel the product and replace the order. Before that, I have paid the online payment of ***.** Rs. But after ** days they have not paid for my refund. They said we have released your refund but SBI is issuing your refund. After I contacted SBI they also said that we are not responsible for the query. Till today I have not received that refund.
