AirAsia - Not received refund amount against ticket booking during COVID19

I booked a ticket through the Air Asia website to visit Bali, Indonesia for the month of April ****, and due to Covid-** restrictions, the flight was canceled. I claimed a refund and I was intimated about the approval confirmation through email on *th January ****. But I have not received any amount to date.
