I have enrolled for a Full-stack web development course on **/**/****.
Though they already have lots of free videos available on youtube. when Learning team has contacted me they told that paid course videos are different then what is available for free.
Moreover, he has mentioned that they have a top-quality trainer and they provide to get a job even for * yrs of experience person.
after paying the amount of **k I got access to the course and then I noticed that videos that are available for self-learning are very outdated and not even have enough sound quality. NOt only this even the content of the course is not properly defined.
On the same, I asked to refund my money request# ******. now they are telling me that refund can not be given because course access has been provided.
But I have not even attended any single class just saw one video and realised that whatever they are promising is fake.
I need to understand how a customer knows before accessing the course that you people are cheating. I still have not attended any class and you are saying that refund can't be initiated because access has been provided. I am asking for what access has been provided for those videos which are available free on youtube?
Now I need to file a complaint against them as they have looted my money and not bother to refund it.
