Realme - Not providing warranty

I have bought realme cooling back clip neo on **th may ..and its suddenly became faulty few days after the purchase..i hve tried ask for their help ..but they are simply wasting my time..This is the latest mail i have mailed them -
Now i m loosing trust from realme..recent bought few realme products ..including tv , gt neo *t and some accessories as i had trust in this brand..but now i would not recommend this to anyone..you simply deceived me and also others may be..when i purchased it had **months warranty..it was showing in website even few days back..but today i m able to see no warranty on this product on your site..thats not my problem/fault sir..you have to provide my warranty..i have been trying to contact and ask to resolve my issue from nearly *week but u are taking it lightly and not resolving this matter..you cant deceive a customer like this..its a hard earned money even if its ***rs ..i hope u understand and arrange a refund/replace .
