As I was unable to use the Internet services, I submit a complaint against the error but every time I call the customer care they give me the time to wait for some days like * or * but now it's * days before when I request for the service and still not provided upto yet as they always says the req is under process and nothing is being processed.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
