Bajaj Housing Finance Limited - Not providing foreclosure letter

I raised the request for foreclosure letter and list of documents for my home loan available at Bajaj on **th Oct ****. I was told that it will be completed in ** days, but it's been more than a month and ** days and yet nothing has been done. Whenever I talk to someone they are telling me that ROI is reduced and they have taken my request forward and I will get a mail in **-**hrs. Now they have closed my request saying that ROI is reduced and same is communicated to me. But, I spoke to them around **-** times and said that I don't need reduced ROI, I want to go for loan closure, even then they have close the request. Bajaj is worst. Please help.
