ROI has been levied as *.*% instead of *.*% as assured to me.
Full EMI has been deducted after partial disbursement of the loan for * months. The same shall not be taken into the consideration by BHFL at the time of foreclosure, the excess recovery has been made by BHFL at the time of foreclosure of loan accounts with them.
BT from ICICI bank has been delayed (avoidable) which cost me as additional interest I forced to pay into ICICI bank loan account.
Fraudulent insurance has been carried by BHFL for the premium of Rs ******.**. I do not have any policy documents even after the foreclosure of the loan with BHFL.
Extra Excess interest along with penalties and others has been recovered by BHFL, while all fault was in the part of BHFL.
