I am running loan of bajaj housing since **** with Nil bounces except for Covid Lockdown where though the EMI been paid in within same months bu managing funds somehow from sources , they recovering by forced calls and messages and direct debit from banking
Additionally they consistently increased my ROI as per RBI rates changes but neither ever for single time during RBI interest rate downtrends reduced my ROI nor informed me for reduction as and when made by RBI , it's solely been unfair trade practices. They extended my tenor basis increamental rates around **+months where my consolidated emi per months were of *****/-per months x ** months =******/- as my additional burden over me. Pls help
