I am paying ROI *.*% per annum on my housing loan with Bajaj since * years and * months. All Banks have reduced ROI to their existing customers by starting of this year but this company didn't. I am writing emails and contacting them since * months and all the tickets for my emails will be closed without any information and standard reply from their customer support team that I will get a call back from concerned team in ** days but never happens.
And on top of it, your representatives will disconnect the call abruptly, this happened to me thrice till date.
