I had ordered a dressberry pink and grey printed bra but due to discrepancy in the details of bra written in the website and the real material, i chose to return it. I placed the return order on *nd october. Even after innumerous follow ups my order didn't get picked up. Myntra customer executives kept on telling me to wait till **th October but still no pick up happened. They have now pushed the date on the website till **th of October. For no reasons, i am sitting with the package. I need the pick up to be done asap!
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
