I returned the shoes as per company policy:
*. Returned the original packaging
*. Tags were intact
*. Shoes were unwashed, unaltered, undamaged
After waiting for **+ days I emailed the Asics support team asking for refund as I didn't get any response/update on my return.
Now the support team is telling me copy paste answer that the item is not in saleable condition.
On multiple followups they couldnt give me any reason that doesn't support their return conditions as mentioned above by me. Please help
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
