Dear ASICS Team,
I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the refund for an order I placed on your website.
I purchased a pair of shoes (Order ID: *********) for ₹*,***, making an online payment as the COD option was unavailable. The shoes were delivered on [Insert Date], and I returned them the same day. However, despite your system showing that the refund has been processed, I have not received the amount in my account, even after ** days.
I have confirmed with my bank officials that no refund has been credited to my account. This delay in refunding my money is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience.
Furthermore, I have come across numerous complaints on your Twitter page and website from customers who have faced similar issues with refunds. Even your US website has reports of dissatisfaction with your return policies. It is disheartening to see this lack of accountability from a brand that claims to be a global leader in the sportswear industry.
I trusted ASICS as a reputable brand, but this experience has made me regret my decision to purchase from your platform. I request that you address this issue immediately and ensure that my refund is processed without any further delay.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be left with no option but to escalate the issue to consumer forums and share my experience on public platforms to caution others.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and work toward restoring your credibility.
