Asics India - Replacement not issued

I bought an Asics shoes from a retail shop in Connaught place, Delhi. After *.* month while running my shoe tore from the side. I applied for the return through the store but after ** days of back and forth they told me return/warranty is invalid due to wear and tear. While buying I asked the shopkeeper about shoes durability and he said if it get torn they would replace it within * months, it has only been *.* months and it tore while "Running" the very use case of the shoe. I rang your customer care but it was busy all the time and didn't receive a call back and when I mailed they just asked me to contact the shop and after that they started ignoring my mails i have sent multiple mails regarding the issue but didn't receive any mail back. I am in no place to buy a new shoe. I am very hurt by this experience. Buying such high end shoe and getting this was not what I expected. The tear was around where the shoe bends while running so it has to be a manufacturing fault. Now for almost ** days i am without any shoe.
