Asics India - Money not refunded by asics online order return

(Order no- ********) Returned the shoes withing mintues of arrival due to wrong size ordered. As order was not cancellable so the only option left was to return. As soon as i. Recieved the order i requested for return and return was initiated same day. After many days money was not refunded. So i ordered the customer care and they said that shoe pair was used and it failed the quality check.how it could be possible within minutes and that too a size of ** whereas my foot size is *. Its really a scam from such a reputable company.
