IRCTC flights - Not got full refund

RAJAT KAR filed complaint against IRCTC flights on Feb 21, 2020

Dear Sir,
This is inform u that I have booked a air ticket through IRCTC from pune to kolkata whose schedule date of boarding was *rd FEB****.
The flight was cancelled from operator side .

Till date I have not got the entire amount. Multiple mail communication has been done but till date I have got only Rs ***/-

Please help me to get the balance amount .
