IRCTC flights - irctc air ticket not booked but money deducted

I booked a flight ticket today on irctc air android app, but the ticket not booked and the money of **** rupees deducted from my account. Please help me to get back this amount to be refunded. I need to re-book and have no sufficient money for that.
