Amit Kumar filed complaint against IRCTC flights on Sep 21, 2020
I was booking a ticket from Varanasi to Kolkata on *-Sep-**** and payment got deducted but end of the booking web page get stopped and waited for several minutes. When i re-logon to the IRCTC flight accounts and checked the ticket status it was shown with the status not booked. It happens many time so i re-booked the ticket and finally got my ticket booked. After an hour i received the *nd SMS from IRCTC Air that my ticket is booked(Transaction ID -********** ) and when checked the account status "Not Booked" Ticket was also showing Booked. This is completely wrong. I have sent a email immediately but till now nothing happened.
