IRCTC flights - Full Refund not given
AVIJIT MANDAL filed complaint against IRCTC flights on May 13, 2020
Hello
I have booked my Air Asia flight with Irctc air.
Flight Date was **nd April **** which was been cancelled due to covid** pandemic so i was supposed to get my full refund which was INR ****.** but only received INR ****.** on **th April ****.
So i complained regarding my full refund with irctc they said Airlines have charged me cancellation penalty i replied penalty for what i dint cancelled my tickets the flight got cancelled they asked me to contact AirAsia so i did and air asia mentioned that the full Refund have been credited back to irctc air with * parts payment *st was on **st march **** of INR ****.** and second payment was done on **th april **** of INR ****.** so they mentioned full refund have been given to irctc air so i contacted irctc air and they are denying that we have not received the full refund but airline says they have given i have called multipe times and mailed multiple times.
I am stucked between these two companies
Irctc have said me to provide me acknowledgement of refund from my side as a proof of refund.
So i am calling writing multiple times for my letter AirAsia is just giving me the words that i will get it in my email by ** to **hrs but i never got my acknowledgement letter so that i can send irctc and cliam my refund.
So i am writing here with the hope that my case will be resolved i just want my pending amount from irctc air.
Please help me for either getting the acknowledgement letter from Air Asia or getting my refund from irctc Flights.
