Cibi chakravarthy filed complaint against Croma on Aug 11, 2023
I purchased the Insta*** Go * camera on August *, ****, from the Croma store. Upon using the product, I discovered that it was not functioning properly.
I raised a request for a refund on August *, ****, but despite repeated follow-ups, my refund request has not been processed.
The employee of the Croma store keeps giving me excuses and delaying the process.
This has caused me a great deal of mental pressure and inconvenience.
It has been almost * days and there has been no resolution from the Croma store.
They are clearly making excuses to skip the refund period, which ends on August **, ****.
As a valued customer, I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and process my refund as soon as possible.
