Bhavesh Solanki filed complaint against GTPL on Jul 10, 2020
I call the GTPL Office at my location but they are giving me the stupid reason like:
First call: we don't give connection at your location.
*Now there is connection in front of my house and they are telling me that we are not giving connection.*
Second call: There is a connection in front of your home but not in your house.
*I mean we are not that illiterate that if there is connection in front of your hose then I can also get the connection. This is after telling him that the opposite house has connection.*
Third call: There are heavy vehicles passing from your how that is why we are not giving you the connection.
* I mean what the F***. I don't know what to say now. If this complaint of my is heard then please help. I am trying to get this connection for * years why because they have the best plans.*
