I have purchased Realme* mobile *months before and accidentally it fallen and display screen broken and I tried to contact there customer care through phone conversation and through mail and from both side they replied that there will be no claim for physical damage and the display price is half the mobile price
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
