I purchased a new OPPO mobile * months back on Feb **th which costs **,***. My mobile is heating and Internet not working properly. I approached customer care many times. They told need to replace the motherboard and no motherboard available in India.

I have a phone issue from day one. The problem is the Internet not working properly and overheating the device during internet usage. I went to a couple of times for servicing the phone. They told we need to replace the motherboard. But don't have stock. It will take * days. I waited * days time. No update. I called today. Still, the motherboard is not available.
I hesitate to use my phone. Please resolve the issue at earliest.
